Staying at home with the kids

My 2.5 year old has been in daycare since 4 months old and we now have a 6 week old little boy. We have decided that I will stay home with the boys and are taking our son out of daycare. I see this as a good and bad thing for him... he loves his friends most days and they have done a good job with having a structured day for them. I’m a little worried that he will get bored at home with me since he’s been around all the kids there and grown up with some of them. Anyone else go through this? Any stay at home moms want to share what there days typically look like? I am a very busy person and am either cleaning or doing something through out the day so I know I’ll be fine to keep up with him.. I just want to make sure I don’t bore him lol! And also what about my newborn? He’s easy so far. Sleeps most of the day still which I know will change soon too and that could be a little challenging.. Tips and advice will be appreciated.
