going on seven months ttc

I'm on 60mg Cymbalta and 1mg Clozempam twice a day. I've not been taking my Clozempam every day as written. it's so hard having aunt flow come ruin your hopes. I swear, God put me here to be a mother. my fiancée isn't so worried that we haven't got pregnant yet. I lie and tell him that I'm not that sad. I just got off my period Monday and when I started, I had a breakdown. I told my best friend that I was done with everything, my relationship and all. I was wondering, any woman having this same issue? rather it be, ttc #1 or #6... I know I'm young(21, next month) but it's hard just waiting on something you want so bad.
