I'm 19 weeks pregnant what month am I?

What's the correct way to say it when people ask me? I just say 19 weeks  but no one knows what I'm talking about.

I say 4.5 at 20 weeks because I know we’re halfway! But yeah technically “in the fifth month”

I always round it up, I’m 19+6 but last week I would’ve said I’m nearly 5 months

You’re not 5 months til you are 20 ish weeks. It works like your birthday. See I turn 23 in February. I don’t say I’m 23 til it’s my birthday. Just like you don’t say you’re 5 months pregnant til it’s been 5 months. So yes I’m completing my 23rd year of life and I only have a few months til my birthday, I still don’t say I’m 23 yet. 
Here’s another explanation. My last period was August 1st. So 4 weeks after it was August 29th. So there’s a few days there where I say I’m 1 month pregnant. I didn’t say I was 1 month pregnant on August 15th, just cuz I was in the first month. 
So sept 29th = 2 months. Oct 29= 3 months. Nov 29 = 4 months. And so Dec 29 = 5 months for me!
So I have been saying I’m 4 1/2 months pregnant. I’m 19 weeks pregnant today. I still have like over 2 weeks til I hit my 5 month mark, even though technically I’m *IN* the 5th month.
