Measuring 2 weeks behind?

So I went to my first appointment yesterday and the sent me over to the hospital to get an ultrasound since theirs was closed.

Anyways I was supposed to be 7weeks 1 days but the ultrasound tech said I looked 2 weeks behind BUT we saw the heartbeat for a bit and then when she moved she’d lose it. ( She didn’t even tell me how far along I am)

She did a vaginal ultrasound and literally was having the hardest time because “the baby’s so small.”

Now the machine she was using looked so low grade as I could barely see anything as opposed to my OBGYNs ultrasound. I’m very worried as to spotting the last couple days and my baby measuring so far behind.. I haven’t gotten a call from my doctor yet, should I call and ask what is going on?
