Help interpreting !

My husband has a SA done. It has 80% motility but progression grade 1. It doesn’t break it down into % if progressive sperm. Does this mean none of the sperm are moving ok?? He had the test done at the hospital and I’m annoyed it didn’t give a breakdown like I’ve seen others get.
