Medical reasoning for abortion

Marissa • Baby number 1 due February 7th!
Abortion will never be an option for me. If it were me or the baby, choose the baby. If I was going to die and in that I would be taking my baby with me to live together eternally then so be it. If there was any possible chance for that baby to live I would push for that. I read a story of a woman who miscarried in her second trimester and she asked to be induced so she could deliver the baby. That way, she went through the pain, the emotions of birthing that child she so desperately lived for while it was growing inside her. She delivered and gave her baby a proper service. If I could deliver a baby beyond 20 weeks and give it even a small chance I would. If they had to cut me open and get the baby out because I was breathing my last breaths I would be 100%. Every life deserves a chance and that is the risk you take when becoming a mother at conception: you do whatever you can, no matter what, so your baby has a chance to live. Even if it is without you. Don't tell me I am speaking figuratively because "I haven't gone through it so I don't know". I know that I am not afraid to die, especially for my child to live.
