Is your man the type to always want sex?

My husband either has a low sex drive (I've heard is uncommon) or he just isn't that attracted to me. I want sex 5-6 times a week. He, maybe only once a week. He never initiates it.

I think once a week is still normal.  You just have a much higher sex drive.

That’s not even a low sex drive lol. My bf wants sex more than i do and even he is only once a week

My fiance never iniates sex and it's come to the point it's really really getting me down. Why do I always have to start it? If I didn't he'd be more than happy to lead a sex free life. We hardly ever have sex anyway I'm not not pestering him every week but im crying in bed right now cuz I don't think I can actually cope with it, it's breaking my confidence

Talk to him about it. This happened to me with my husband (then boyfriend) and i thought that he was losing interest in me. After a couple of years of being together we weren’t having sex as often (which I know happens) but I was getting so annoyed that I had to always initiate. At first I felt powerful to make the move but after awhile I was feeling unwanted and unattractive. I finally talked to him about and I’m so glad I did! 
He told me that it’s not that he doesn’t want to have sex with me but that he would rather let me control when we have sex. And I told him that me always initiating makes me feel undesired and he had no idea that’s how I felt so now we both initiate. I definitely have a higher sex drive that him so it’s all a balance. 
We always make sure we ask each other if this is really what we want though and respect each other boundaries.

Same. I get so tired of initiating. Were both just so busy and he’s more in the mood in the mornings and I’m more in the mood at night. Just talk to him about trying to initiate more.
