Have you ever been to an AlAnon meeting?

I'm having to face the fact that my parents are alcoholics and I'm considering going to one of their meetings. I'm just so lost about what to do.

i’ve been to a good amount of them. it’s one of those things where you get out what you put in, meaning it benefits you if you are open and receptive to the meetings. i suggest just going in and keeping an open mind. it’s not for everyone, but it helped me a lot. good luck :)

I have. It gives you a chance to talk to others about how youre feeling. It wasnt bad but im more closed off than that so i just deal with it now lol its not healthy.
