Subway?

Are you allowed to have the meat from Subway? I normally always get pepperoni and salami toasted. 🤔
Planning to ask the midwife at my first appointment but it isn't until next week and I really fancy a subway 😂

You can have cold cuts even if it's not toasted. If it makes you worry less then have it toasted.

Every doctor I saw in my practice is very against any cold cuts, but I also hear that some say it’s fine. I haven’t touched them. Was sure too tell me too that a simple pop in the microwave isn’t enough because it heats so unevenly that if I were to have some I should place the meat in the oven until everything is steaming.

I worked at one and return back the 2nd.   I ate subway every day.  I did try to heat  all subs tho.  But I did have a few untested subways clubs, Turkey sandwiches and cold cuts🤷‍♀️ and a tuna sub once a week. Along with  being an opener I always made myself potato soup in the morning for my break 🤗
