Safe Caesar dressing??

All I want right now is a chicken Caesar salad wrap. I’ve been craving it for so long but I keep reading about how I should stay away from Caesar dressing. Are there certain ones that don’t contain raw egg/anchovies??

You can always ask at a restaurant what’s in the dressing. But I think store bought ones are fine (again, you can check ingredients).

You can always make it yourself! I make vegan Caesar dressing all the time, super safe for pregnancy. Google for recipes. 😋

Anchovies are fine, it’s the egg you have to be concerned about. As another poster said store bought ones are fine - they have to be to be shelf table but double check the ingredients and always ask at a restaurant. A lot of places use mayo instead of raw egg yolk anyway 🤷🏼‍♀️

Store bought is always fine. And I’d say it’s ok in 99% of restaurants too.
