Trying to get healthy after a baby

I'm a third time mom and I am trying to get my body back. In 23 and my youngest is 3 months old. I am working out little by little when I get the chance. And I am starting to take omega 3, d3, and prenatal vitamins for health. I am trying to get back in shape and just be healthy again. I don't look bad but I want to make sure I am on the right track. What are vitamins or supplements you encourage? And work outs? I am doing leg lifts and sit ups right now.
