Questions for nurse?

I'm going in for my first appointment today and I was just curious if there are any questions that I should ask that I haven't thought of? Or that some of you asked and found helpful?

I asked for a list of medications that are ok, for headaches, colds etc

Get a list of contacts for who to call if you have questions or if you need to contact someone urgently, or after hours.
