Hair toner
I’m thinking about dying my hair a lavender lilac pastel color. My current hair color is an auburn brown. I dyed it about a month ago. I bleached about 2 or 3 months ago. I’m going to bleach it, but for it to get paler and lighter, should I use a hair toner? I’m not sure how it’s going to work.
