Not knowing you’re pregnant?!

Question

I’ve been reading stories of mothers not knowing they are pregnant until 3 days before giving birth, or even hours before giving birth.
How is this possible?
I had morning sickness, all day, constantly nauseous, I was burping a lot, and always tired.
How did these women not show?
Maybe they were bigger women...

I have a friend who is working as a physical therapist, she's super fit (a rock climber) and had a flat stomach until she found out, at six months! She had no clue she was pregnant… She just thought she was tired, because she continued having regular bleeding. She saw a couple of doctors to figure out was wrong until finally one suggested an ultrasound. What a shock for them! She was six months along. The very next day she popped! She suddenly looked pregnant. Our minds are incredibly powerful and pregnancy denial is real.

I was pregnant last year... I delivered at 23 wks due to placenta abruption... However,  had my son not told me I had a baby in my belly,  I would have NEVER known.  I had an anterior placenta,  and a tilted uterus.  Hence,  I never felt kicks, and the tilted uterus caused him to grow towards my back.  I had not one day of morning sickness,  no sore boobs,  NOTHING! I'm average size,  and since I have been told I would never conceive on my own,  it never truly crossed my mind.  Everyone has their reasons,  and i wasn't a believer on it happening either,  until it happened to me.  When i went into labor,  most people didn't even know i was pregnant,  as i hadn't even gained 1lb at 23 wks! The size of a womans external body has absolutely nothing to do with pregnancy and symptoms.  I used to be over 300 lbs,  and conceived once while bigger,  and I had morning sickness,  and sore breast.... I miscarried at 10 wks,  but it's all in the hormones,  and our reproductive organs, their locations,  shapes,  and if a woman has fibroids in her uterus,  that can absorb kicks also,  hence possibly not knowing.  
My friends son and wife just delivered December 4th... They found out week before Thanksgiving she was pregnant.  They thought the normal 12 wks,  max... Nope she was 32 wks when they found out,  and she's a pretty small girl.

I don’t know either and I’m curious! I used to love watching the show “I didn’t know i was pregnant” they used to share all kinds of crazy stories about how they didn’t know the whole time! I’m not sure if that show still comes on though.

My moms friend has a daughter who supposedly didn’t know she was pregnant. She was back and forth to the doctors the entire time and they tested her multiple times and it always came back negative. Not sure why she was constantly at the doctors, all I know is she went to the ER one night and they said she was in labor. I’m skeptical because she clearly gained some weight during this time and I’m pretty sure at some point they would’ve done a different form of testing.

This happened my friend. She didn’t know she was pregnant until she was actually giving birth.. she didn’t even look pregnant.. apparently she had an inverted womb.. so instead of growing a bump that everyone could see the baby just grew like inwards if that makes since lol she now has a happy 4 year old!

I’m sure it does happen but I don’t really know either! Even if they don’t have symptoms, surely they can feel baby moving towards the end!
