I had an ultrasound at 3 weeks 6 days due to cramping and spotting. My uterus seemed completely empty and Dr wants to do another ultrasound in a week. I know it’s early to see much but we didn’t see a dot or a sac or anything! I thought I saw a small tiny circle in the image, but it could have been nothing. We were able to see the corpus luteum which the Dr said is really good. Anyone had this happen? I’m a little anxious about my next ultrasound.
