Fertility friend says I am 4 DPO but personally I don't think I've ovulated as my temps haven't stayed up or had the same pattern as they have previously. If I have then we only BD-d my 1st fertile day and 1 day post. Ovia says I'm in my fertile window now as having some EWCM I think ( still new to tracking CM) although all OPKs are still negative. Glow hasn't changed my window at all and says end of August. It's just so confusing. I want to give us the best chance but I also don't want to stress my DH out and feel like we have to BD everyday (even though I'm trying to BD as often as poss at the mo as think I could O soon). I'm not discussing fertile window etc with him and trying to make it as "I'm just feeling frisky" fun as I can. Any advice? Il add my chart from FF.
