I recently filed for custody and no visitation
And a domestic violence restraining order to protect me and the kids .
Yesterday the judge granted me everything I filed for
I have mediation before court .
I have a questions
Do I have custody of my kids now or after the hearing?
Can the father stay away from us as soon as he gets served ??
