Unnerving dream

Has anyone had nightmares about your pregnancy? Or similar? I had one the other night and it's still bothering me a bit.. I had a dream were I ended up giving birth in my bathroom by myself, my husband was there in the beginning of the dream but then disappeared but the baby was born and I was able to get the baby and wrap it in a towel, I had a boy... But then I looked down and I just kept bleeding I ended up passing out.. I woke up right when I passed out but I have this awful feeling that I died. And all I kept thinking was I have a son. I told my husband about it but it's just bothered me. Just wondered if anyone else has had something similar.
