3dpo SS like crazy

According to Glow I'm 2dpo but I know I'm 3. For the first time in all my cycle years I felt ovulation pain. It started on my left and hurt all day. I slept all that day. Then the day after I was extra sore. It felt like pressure in my lower left abdomen. So I'm like ok it will let up... Tell me why I still hurt. Last night my back hurt bad on the lower left and this morning I brushed my teeth and I spit blood for the first time ever... Creepy.. I know I'm SS early but I had to share with y'all. What do you think of this? I never had any of these things happen to me..
