Which do you believe is better?

Thinking about either of these birth controls my hormones and periods are fine just looking a a way to be safe. Which has helped you the best?

Well Implant & IUD are both over 99% effective so they’ll work for preventing pregnancy. I have an implant, have had it for 10 months & the only side effects I’ve experienced so far are spotting and not having a period (haven’t had one in 8 months which has been great)
Birth Control does affect everyone differently though, some people experience longer bleeding, mood swings, & other side effects while on the implant
