How was your C-Section experience?Good,Bad,Ugly

I’m not sure if it will be needed for my delivery, but I can’t rule it out..So ladies what was the toughest part for you? Is there a long recovery time? My coworkers are drastic about stating that I will have to learn to walk again? Were you unconscious or awake? I’m aware no experience is the same ☺️

After pushing for hours, they finally decided I needed an emergency csection. I was crying I was so scared. The roll to the room felt like forever, and the room was COLD. I was viciously shivering and I can't remember if they had to tie me down. Every few minutes they ask "you feel that?" And once when I said no, they put the curtain up. Then I remember a smell and poof my daughter was there. I saw her and then went out because of the blood I had lost (then got a transfusion) I woke up in a different room like an hour or two later to the nurse asking if I wanted to breast feed. After saying yes she helped hold my daughter so she could (I still couldn't move at this point) then after what I think were some tests they put me in my room for the three day recovery. 
I wanted FOOOOOOD it had been 16 hours since I last ate. Silly nurse said I could only have broth, like no honey give me a burger. I had to talk to two people before I got real food (there is a problem with eating solids afterwards) but I didn't care. I ate just fine and gained so much energy. 
The final day comes and I HATED my nurse that day. She's still on my hit list. She straight up ripped the catheter out, which I wanted to stab her with after doing that. She was the devil, after I make it to the toilet she's just shoving me around and I finally yell at her to get someone else. After that the new nice girl explained stuff and helped me shower. My scar area healed perfectly which helped. 
I'm denying any hospital photographer because those are EXPENSIVE and I still hurt from not being able to afford one six years later. 
But here in May I'll need another csection because my pelvis is not shaped correctly to push any baby out. I'm very nervous but still ok with having to do another one. Fingers crossed it'll be a better experience since it won't be emergency. 
Oh! I also agreed to having students present in the room. They stood against the wall and did not get in the way or were loud. They gotta learn somehow I figured.

Honestly coming from someone who will Be having my third c section you can’t really base others experiences for what yours will be like some experiences aren’t that good and as for others they have better experiences with it .. my first c section was horrible I was in labor for 27 hours that ended in a emergency c section the recovery was very hard but my second c section was a breeze lol

I had an emergency one in 2009 and they had to put me under because my right side wasn't going completely numb.. I had my baby at 5 am but didn't wake up until 10 am.. I was able to get up and start moving around with help within an hour of being in my room.. yes it did hurt but I was on pain medication to help.. by the next days I was moving around without help.. nurses even asked me if that was my 2nd or 3rd because of how well I was doing.. not everyone gets such a great experience though.

I have had 4 and will have my 5th in august and yes there are some horror stories out there but honestly they really not that bad, the 1st day it does feel odd to walk because it gives you a feeling your insides will fall out but when you mentally get past that its really easy. My last one i left the hospital in my pre pregnancy jeans (dont recommand for 1st timers) i just have done it so much i know what to do and not to do and my body heals faster each time, its like muscle memory in a way
