Can anyone tell me what this item is?!
I got a few 3 months ago because they are incredibly soft and warm and nice and only $0.25 each! But I never noticed the stitched roll at the top now my mom and I are stuck wondering what this is meant for?! Does anyone know what it is meant for?? I wanted to cut the stitches so it's just a regular blanket
