Cheated on husband

So long story short my husband was an addict for 7 years of our marriage . I had started working maybe 3 months ago and had met a co worker who I was just venting my life too who was there for me a lot and we were seriously just friends ... and then one day he expressed feelings for me and I did too. Well we had sex like a week ago... and now he’s all I think about . I told my husband I cheated and have feelings for another man. But now all the sudden he wants me to quit my job and he wants to change and show me that I can fall in love with him again... I don’t know what to do .. advice please don’t judge
