Please help!

So my husband and I are about to PCS to our new home and have been talking about starting a family/already started to try, but recently my husband has been saying he wants to let his 19 year old brother move in with us at our next command and help him get his GED. My issue with this is I don’t want to start our family, be pregnant, then have an newborn, with his brother living with us. I want to start this with just us. This will be the next step in our lives. I understand he wants to help his brother out but if that’s the case I think we should put starting our family on hold. What do you think? Help him out and wait or help him at a distance and continue trying to start our family?
