Need some reassurance

Im 7+3 and two days ago I started to have pinkish blood when I wiped. The midwife phoned me about my appointment and I mentioned it to her. She’s got me a scan for tomorrow, anyway yesterday it got red and heavier, like a period. I have all the symptoms of a period but like I said I’m 7+3. Done more tests to see if my hormone levels have gone down, and I had a dark plus on a test, but the clear blue has gone down to 2-3 when it said 3+ two weeks ago. I phoned the midwife to see if I need to go to hospital and she said don’t bother. They won’t do anything unless your haemorrhaging so stay home. Well it’s like I’m on my period but no clots. Feel like I’m on my period I’m bloated. I’m just looking for someone that’s been through this or similar and how did everything turn out?

They won’t scan me until tomorrow as its Sunday.
