The State of Georgia denied my divorce because I didn’t want to put him on child support!!! He is disabled and his checks are not consistent. Sometimes they don’t even come at all. I’m still unhappily married until I file and set up another court date. I just want to be happy and move on with my life. Plus, I fell in love with someone during my separation and we ended up getting pregnant!!! My ex husband doesn’t know that I moved on nor does he know about the baby!!! Plus due to his financial situation, he still lives in my house!!! Im pissed, upset and scared at the same time.. is this fair???
