Pelvic Pressure/Vag swelling question! Twin Pregnancy! 3rd Pregnancy Total!

I remember having awful vaginal pressure pain and swelling, pelvic pressure where you can't walk without pain, hemmoroids, veins and pain in the perineum ect at about 38 weeks with both of my previous pregnancies. My question is what do you all think about me having all of the above issues at 13 weeks with twins. Di-Di twins. So fraternal more than likely. I see the dr Monday. I know tmi but won't be see that way by seasoned mommas. Thanks in advance ladies 😊
