Marina coil

Hi ladies, I’m after some advice....

I had the marina coil fitted about a month ago now and last week I went back for the check up and I got the BV infection which they said is common from having it fitted, anyway I’ve been light/ish bleeding for two weeks now and this morning when I wiped myself (sorry to sound graphic) there was what I can only describe as a small piece of liver looking blood clot? Has anyone else had this? Shall I go back to them? Xx
