Fast food binge?
I have SAD. Seasonal affective depression. And it's caused me to go on a carb binge. All I want to eat is fast food. I keep trying to force myself to eat veggies but they gross me out. I typically love fruits and veggies they just seem repulsive to me right now.
I know the obvious answer is to just eat healthy foods. But I don't know how to get back to eating right. I feel pathetic.
Please try to understand my situation as a serious problem.
