Pap test 6 weeks after birth

So I had a Pap test when I first found I was pregnant. I just went into the doctors last week for my check up and they said I didn’t need a pap again? This was the first time I never needed a pap after birth? Is this normal my doctor didn’t even seem certain now I am scared they will miss something
