Doctor said I have a vaginal infection

I had a Pap smear done a few days ago, I am currently 18 weeks pregnant, my doctor called me but I accidentally missed the call but in the voicemail she said I have a vaginal infection very similar to a yeast infection she said it’s not super concerning and it’s very common but I can’t help but be worried 😟 anyone else go through this?
