So pretty much I have a lot of medical issues and for a while every time I would get out of the hospital I had this thing that I would have to change something about me and then the streak would be broken and I would get healthy.... not exactly science.... but it made me feel better but now 3 years later got my medical under control and haven’t died my hair in almost a year and my hair won’t grow😅

.......PLEASE.... any tips on how to get my hair to grow....!!!!!!
