not sure what group to post this to but My left shoulder has been hurting and also has like this feeling like it’s burning on the inside . what could that be ? 😩

Answer

Well if you’re pregnant (I’m assuming you are) I had a very similar issue about a few months in. Your ligaments and joints can have swelling and very easy muscle strains occur. My doctor told me there’s basically nothing you can do about it but ice, rest, and a shoulder sling. Mine was more of a sharp pain in my shoulder that hurt more when breathing. It was horrible for a few weeks then just went away.
