I’ve had herpes for a year and tried all 3 suppressants and nothing works. Is there anything else I can try to stop it?

Ever since I got this std, I’ve gotten depressed and developed a lot of anxiety. I generally remain in solitude because of it and sometimes it spreads so bad and becomes so painful that it becomes difficult to walk:( my family disowned me cause of it and now I literally have no one.

If anyone can help me and give advice, please do so.
