Post partum acne months later

I am 4 months post partum with my 3rd. Natural delivery everything went fine. The faster labour ever I had maybe 3 hours long. My lower back, hips, and sometimes legs hurt so bad I have to take tylenol and lay down. I haven't consulted a doctor yet but just might. Didnt know of any ladies were feeling the same.
