Breastfeeding and constipation?

I’m 5 weeks post partum and I’ve noticed I have very little bowel movement. I wasn’t even constipated when pregnant!
Does breastfeeding make you constipated? Serious question lol I have been eating healthy so I really don’t understand why this is happening. Hormones?

Drink more water! I had issues too in the beginning bc I wasn’t hydrated enough. Drink way more water than you think you need. My doc also prescribed some fiber gummies so that’s something you could ask about. Hope it gets better!!
