Digital OPK test is different to Glow! Who to believe?

Newbie here!!! Hello ladies ❤️

So my digital opk test came back positive (smiley face) on Thursday 13th Dec. So I logged it in the glow app and hit down to it.

But the app tells me my ovulation is still on the 17th December. Which one do I believe? Does Glow not take on board a digital test and change its prediction?

My husband had been very happy because due to this confusion we’ve been having sex nearly every day. Haha!!

Can someone explain this a bit to me?
