Here I go again...
Before my son, not working out and sad 167lbs
After my son, working out a little and feel great (thank goodness for breastfeeding macros) 130lbs
Pregnant 7 weeks and nauseous but eating everything 135lbs so far
I won’t eat more than necessary bc eating for two is unnecessary. I won’t limit myself or cut anything out. It’s all about balance, if I’m hungry I’ll eat. I refuse to worry about what I will gain or how crazy my body looks. I’m going to enjoy every moment bc I know I have the drive to get where I want once I wean my babies 🥰
