Everyone I k ow that had their water break said it was like a waterfall... you will definitely know when your water breaks! This looks like more watery discharge

I woke up at 5 am with my 1st baby and thought I was peeing myself on the way to the bathroom. I crossed my legs and clenched until it stopped. The rest of the day I had contractions and finally went to the hospital at 8 pm to find put my water HAD broken partially that morning. It's totally possible that your water is slowly leaking, it's also likely to just be discharge. I would watch out for contractions or cramping before going to the hospital. Everyone's right though, watery discharge can get pretty severe, enough to become a nuisance. Good luck

I have this too! I have to put a liner on right away after I shower or it soaks my undies. It’s worse if I sneeze. I’m only 16weeks and have had it for a few weeks.

Looks like the same watery discharge I’ve had for weeks. I thought it was my water too but I had my Ob check and it’s just discharge. No need to worry. If you’re still concerned, you can have your doctor check as well. :)
