Who has opted for a 3D/4D scan ? If yes are they worth the money ?

Personally I find the pictures quite disturbing looking! But I know a lot of people who have liked them.

Yes I did the 3D/4D scan and it was amazing, so relaxed. Lights dimmed, spacious room, gentle music and massive projector screen to see everything on.
It was the most relaxed I have ever felt in my second pregnancy. The quality is amazing.

I definitely would have gone for another scan if I wasn’t being given an extra two due to large fibroid. I have one at 28 weeks (one week to go and counting) and then another at 34 weeks. 
You can get pretty good deals with groupon. I almost got one at 16 weeks as I found the wait between 12 and 20 weeks excruciating but after checking with a couple of companies found they wouldn’t have given me the information I wanted so I decided not to.

Definitely worth it to see how much he looks like his dad did. 😍
Ours cost £95 (but me, my partner and my mum paid 1/3 each). It was 40 minutes, about a 30 min scan, so we got to see him in 3D wriggling for 30 min, she took 20 photos and printed them out for us, as well as giving us a CD with the 30 min scan recorded onto it. She also emailed the scan and all photos to us. So I reckon it was worth it, loved every second. 😁

Had one Sunday and I loved it ! The pics are a bit weird but when you see them on the screen it’s the best feeling ever . They should be around £40
