We had an appointment yesterday and we got the results from my blood work, my HSG procedure, and his semen analysis.

Semen analysis came back with good numbers. Mentioned that some sperm didnt seem the strongest. But doctor wasn't concerned about it.

My results from the HSG, I was told I have a beautiful uterus and that all is clear and no blockages.

Back the beginning of August I went from 2.5mg of letrozole to 5mg. And my progesterone levels went up from had blood work done in August on the lower dose to the higher dose in October.

Yay! All good news. Doctor said that she would expect a pregnancy in the next 6 months. But in 3 months time if we still are pregnant she will be sending us to an infertility specialist.

Now it's almost been a year since I've been on meds. Like I mentioned earlier all test have come back with positive outcomes, yet we've been ttc for 3 yrs and nothing...

I've been working on losing weight, I've lost around 35lbs in the last year. I still want/need to lose more.

I felt I was almost at my breaking point and depending on yesterdays results I was about ready to throw the towel in and call it quits for a while. But because I am happy with yesterdays results I want to keep going, I just need to keep my head up and stay strong and positive!
