My husband and I went to the hospital 12/17 at 9:30pm. I was admitted since i was at 4cm 80% at my appointment last week and 6cm upon being admitted. I had steady contractions, but no change overnight. Got my epidural at 10am, then they started me on pitocin to regulate and strengthen my contractions. The doctor broke my water at 2pm (finally 7cm and both cervix and baby lower than they had been), and at 2:50pm it was time to push. His head was turned an odd way he had the cord around his neck once, and the vacuum needed to be used but my sweet little Owen arrived at 3:12pm! Our last little one and third boy 😊💙 8lbs 10oz, 20.75 inches
