Ultrasound bruising???

Question

Had my 20 week scan Monday and today I am SOOOORREEEEE. I actually have a big ass bruise on my pelvic area and it’s tender af. Anyone else has bruising from them pushing so damn hard during ultrasounds? Like yes I am carrying twins so they moved a lot and are difficult to measure but danggg. I have another ultrasound in 2 weeks so hopefully this bruise heals before my next one! 🙃

I had bruising at my anatomy scan too.  My baby was super active and stubborn and she couldn’t get the angles she needed.  She got frustrated so she would press harder.  It was super painful and she did apologize a lot after she realized how hard she was pressing into me.  I was sore for 3-4 days.   the next time I saw her she was a lot gentler and the baby actually cooperated lol

I have heard of it, and expected it but different technicians seem to push different depths. Honestly just tell them they are pushing too hard. I’m sorry, my belly hurts a lot right now but not from that.
