Any advice?
Anyone know wats to potentially reduce chances of miscarriage? I take a prenatal and my boyfriend takes Conquer (it’s amazing!!) while TTC, we eat healthy and workout 2-3x a week, boyfriend works out 5x. I know a lot of times it happens because it happens, but I’m scared to conceive because of miscarriage. I have zero history of it, don’t drink alcohol or smoke, and I mean my mom was perfectly fine (had three babies and no miscarriages) my grandma had multiples one set right after the other. I know I need to stop stressing but.. it’s hard when you hear about miscarriage while trying to have a baby.
