Has anyone had implantation bleeding after their period was late?

I’m currently studying to become a doula and my certification test are upcoming! That being said, I am pretty knowledgeable about this info, but am not a medical professional. 
Implantation bleeding can happen, yes. But, it usually occurs between 6-12 days after ovulation. So if you know when you ovulated, and you bleed after that, it’s likely spotting or the start of your period. Like other women have said, in addition to IB not happening after your expected period, it is fairly uncommon. Most studies suggest that when it occurs, it is very light pink or brown, less than a quarter sized amount, lasts less than 2 days, and only 20% of women experience it.

My mother had implantation bleeding with all 4 kids and my sister had implantation bleeding with her son, I also had implantation bleeding. With my family it’s not so rare. Lol.

Pretty sure it's usually between 25-30% women experience implantation bleeding so it's definetely possible.
