Af came on time but only 3 days

hi. i wonder if anyone has this happened to them. unfortunately this cycle my AF came on time, but its only for 3 days (fresh blood some clots and ended with brown red blackish blood). now im clean as white canvas instead of my usual 5-6 days of bleeding days. took hpt - bfn. im so confusedddd. helpppp
