How to get this color at home?

Hello everyone. I have found this color I think is really pretty. I wanna try to dye my hair at home but if it is too difficult, I guess I’ll just save up some extra money and get it done at a salon. Anyways, is there any hair experts on here that could tell me exactly how this color is achieved?My hair color rn is a dark brown so I know it would have to be bleached. I just wanna know how it’s done and if it would be too difficult for someone who’s not trained in hair (like me) to do at home?
