I had a m/c last dec 10 and until now im still having a light bleeding/spotting. Can i get pregnant if i had sex today?

Yeah youre actually more likely to get pregnant again the sooner you start trying after a loss. 
Im not pulling this out of nowhere either, i had a missed miscarriage july of 2017. After my d&c my doctor told me youre more fertile the sooner you start trying again and gave us the go for whenever we were ready. I waited until i stopped bleeding (personal preference, i dont like period/bloody sex) and then tried to do it as often as possible. I had a stock pile of the easy@home pregnancy tests and i took one every day and tested out my hgc to make sure it was gone and then from there i took a test every week because i didnt know when i was going to get a period. I dont remember how long it took for my tests to stop being positive. I have them still if youd like for me to look. 
My d&c was july 13th, i stopped bleeding about 2 weeks after that and on august 25th i had a very faint positive that turned into my gorgeous rainnbow baby. (And i spelled rainnbow with 2 ns because his middle name is rainn lol)
