Pregnancy after Tubal Ligation??

Has anyone ever gotten pregnant after having a Tubal Ligation? If so, what were y’all’s early symptoms?? I don’t know if they are different than a regular pregnancy, I wouldn’t think so but it doesn’t hurt to ask🤷🏻‍♀️ January will be two years since I had mine done but I’m having some issues so I wanted to know if anyone else ever actually went through a pregnancy after having it done. Please don’t be negative or have any smart remarks. I’m asking a legit, concerning question!
