10 weeks abdominal ultrasound with twins

The top picture is my 10 week abdominal ultrasound and the sacs look much smaller than my 8 week vaginal ultrasound. Does this look normal to those that have twins? The heartbeats sounded good the dr said but I'm just curious because the sac looks small to me!
